The location was convenient for my needs, but

the overall experience was disappointing. My room had cleanliness issues, and the hallway was often noisy, making it hard to relax. However, the kitchen setup was a nice touch, allowing me to prepare simple meals during my stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Extended Stay America Select Suites, Salt Lake City, West Valley City. The kitchen area was quite useful, allowing me to prepare my meals comfortably. The staff, particularly Cheryl, were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs during my stay.

Check-in was a bit wild with security questioning my reservation, but the attendant was super friendly and tried to help. Room was decent with a full kitchen setup, which made it nice for some home-cooked meals. Not the best but I appreciated the staff's efforts.

Despite the attendant's admirable efforts to find me a room, he was unable to assist further. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with hair everywhere and a malfunctioning bathroom light. Although I appreciated the personable staff and the presence of freshly baked cookies, the overall experience was marred by these problems.

Clean room, helpful staff, with a small kitchen area that includes cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals, and conveniently located near the airport for easy arrival and departure.

Everything was first-rate.

The room was super dirty—hair everywhere and no paper or soap. The bathroom light didn’t work, and when I asked to switch rooms, the front desk said no. So, yeah, not the best experience!
